The food was awesome and tasty. All our orders taste delicious. Two thumbs up for the chefs. The staff named Nabina served us cheerfully and respectfully. Very good service given by her that complete our meal and asking if we still have something in need. The place is clean and the atmosphere of the restaurant is good because it is near the shopping center.
We thought we'd try this place out for once. It is a cool and trendy place and part of a chain, which means it lacks that personal touch. A group can share multiple dishes on a bench, and you help yourself to whatever you fancy. This is a good way to try new things and is one for trendy people. However, it was wasted on us as we sat in a booth and ordered a main meal with a couple of sides. The staff were excellent, but I felt the food wasn't as good as I was expecting. It was probably due to my choice to be fair. For 2 sides, 2 mains and 2 drinks, it came to £51, which is less than anticipated.
Standard Wagamamas fare, which is always really good Asian food, restaurant & toilets were clean and the staff were lovely.
The lunch deal here is such a great bargain, seriously worth it. The food was tasty and totally hit the spot. Big shout-out to our waitress, Salina, who was super friendly, patient, and really made us feel welcome. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
Great food, a good atmosphere, and good customer service. Don't sit close to the kitchen as cooking fumes might be sometimes a bit too overwhelming for you. Free green tea is far from green tea. Waiters seem to be a bit lost and kind of forgot about you, even equipped with tablets. Overall good experience but...
